About Paramount Old Town
Wirebrushed and handscraped, Old Town is solid European white oak, 5 inches wide and 3/4 inch thick, in random lengths up to 72 inches. It has a micro bevel on all four sides and a low sheen urethane and aluminum oxide finish. Three colors are offered.
The oak was harvested in Europe, then milled and finished in China. It is nailed or stapled down and listed for on or above grade. A solid 3/4 inch plank is a floor for living areas and bedrooms, not a below-grade basement.
