How ordering works.

Every floor is ordered for you. It usually arrives at our showroom in about 2 weeks, and we’ll call you when it’s here.

With installation

We bring your floor to your home and install it.

Floor only

Pick it up at our showroom at no charge: 1415 E Battlefield Rd, Suite B, Springfield, MO 65804. Monday to Friday, 9 to 6. Saturday, 10 to 2. Closed Sunday. We don’t deliver floor-only orders.

Returns

Because every order is made for you, we can’t take returns. Bring home a sample or ask us to measure first so you’re sure before you order.
