Your kitchen design and flooring estimate

The kitchen designer and the flooring estimator are provided by CDL Management at crm.cdlmanagement.com and are embedded on this website. They handle your rooms, product choices, prices and contact information. Sending the contact step in either tool creates a real Springfield Carpet One inquiry with your design or estimate attached.

Contact details

This website does not have its own contact form. Contact details you enter in the designer or the estimator go to our Springfield team for follow-up. Text and email updates are sent only if you agree to them in the tool.

Pro Accounts

The Pro Account sign-up and sign-in on the Pro Accounts page go to CDL Management at crm.cdlmanagement.com. Your business name, name, email and phone are used to set up your account and to contact you about it. A signed-in pro's session is kept in this browser and handed only to the embedded designer and estimator so they show your pro prices. Sign out on the Pro Accounts page to remove it.

Private links

If we text or email you a link to your design or estimate, the private part of the link stays in your browser and is handed only to the embedded tool.

Advertising attribution

The embedded tools receive this page address and any campaign or advertising click identifiers in it so Springfield Carpet One can understand how you found us. If you arrive from an ad, this website keeps the ad's click identifier for your visit in this browser only, so the tools and the phone number shown can tell us the ad brought you.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to count visits, pages viewed, phone number taps, tool steps and completed contact steps. It never receives the contact details you type into the tools. Google Analytics uses cookies; you can block them in your browser settings.

Advertising

Through Google Tag Manager we use the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) pixel and the Google Ads tag. They record the pages and floors you view and when you finish a contact step, so we can show our ads to people who have visited and see which ads bring in inquiries. They never receive the contact details you type into the tools. Both use cookies; you can block them in your browser settings, and you can turn off personalized ads in your Google ad settings (adssettings.google.com) and your Facebook ad preferences.
